Welcome to our Annual Report 2024/25
We are grateful for the wisdom and guidance of our kaumātua Kevin Prime, who gifts us these words about our report’s theme this year.
E nga iwi, e ngā hāpori o Tāmaki o te Taitokerau, tena rā koutou katoa.
Ka mihi rā ki ngā aitua maha kua hinga atu ki tua o te ārai. Kua tangihia rātou, kua mihia, kua poroporoakitia, na reira me kī kua ea. Ki a koutou rā e te hunga mate, haere, haere, haere.

People and communities of Auckland and Northland - greetings to you all.
We pay our respects to those who have passed beyond the veil of darkness; they have been mourned, greeted and farewelled, may they rest in peace. To our many who have passed on, farewell, farewell, farewell.
In our natural world all living things work symbiotically together for our overall benefit. The birds, the insects, the descendants of Tāne and the descendants of Tangaroa. The descendants of Tāne give us the fresh air that we breathe.
